Terms and Conditions

All C2C learners (both paid & free) are subject to code of conduct of C2C Consulting enumerated hereunder -

(i) All C2C learners are expected to maintain professionalism including integrity & respect towards our esteemed partner institutions (IMA-USA, Hock International, Microsoft Certiport, Council for Six Sigma & future partner institutions)

(ii) All C2C learners are expected to maintain professionalism including integrity, discipline & respect towards our faculty members and any misconduct will not be tolerated and might lead to even removal of learner from all of our communication and learning platforms.

(iii) Any social media interactions from our learners mentioning C2C, if any (including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, WhatsApp, YouTube, Telegram, Slack) are subject to prior intimation and approval from concerned authorities.

(iv) As partners with esteemed institution, Hock International - we expect all CMA learners using Hock material (for CMA or any other course) signed up through C2C will not be sharing or copywriting Hock material with anyone else - any non-compliance will result in termination as C2C learner and intimation to IMA, USA & Hock International for disciplinary action. 

(v) All C2C learners are expected not to share, screen-record or copywrite any of our course content including videos, podcasts, blogs, quizzes, mock tests or any content uploaded onto our Learning Management System (LMS) or onto our website/blog/social media. Non-compliance will result in termination as C2C learner and intimation to IMA, USA & Hock International for further disciplinary action. 

(a) Aspirants of CMA-USA, MS-Excel, Six Sigma or any other course offered by us are expected to do their thorough research before remitting fee to us. The work we put including live-classes, content are professionally curated and we trust you understand as an aspiring professional to respect that. We do not have refunds and neither entertain any as part of policy. All fee remitted are non-refundable.  

(b) All online course payments are subject to gateway charges & taxes extra. Alternately, you can write to us at info@c2cc.in for direct remittance to avoid gateway charges, however taxes will be as applicable.   

(c) All online course payment invoices are auto-generated and available for access within your login. For any direct remittances made to us, e-receipts would be emailed within 48 hours.   

(d) Course content, fee structure, validity, access, discounts are all subject to change at the discretion of management of C2C Consulting.  

(a) Your email ID, Name, mobile, city/country & billing address details are privacy protected and are not shared with any of our affiliates except as needed by IMA, USA for CMA-US registration of the candidate.

(b) You agree with full consent to receive emails/phone calls regarding our course offerings, blogs, newsletters & any other marketing material.
